3. Messages and builder applications
If you email us, we receive the address and any personal information you choose to include in the message. We use it to read and respond to your enquiry and to handle related follow-up.
The builder application form asks for contact details and information about your work, interests, availability, and links. Submissions are sent to our application endpoint, stored in a Google Sheet used to manage applications, and a verification message is sent using Resend. We use these details to verify, review, and respond to an application. The form may save a draft in your browser and stores the submitted email locally to support the confirmation screen.
Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to make your enquiry or application.
5. Retention and security
Messages and application records are kept while they are needed to respond, manage the relevant process, maintain records, or meet applicable requirements. We have not set a fixed deletion period for every category. Browser-stored drafts can be cleared by clearing this site’s local storage or browser data.
We use reasonable safeguards for information under our control. No website or method of internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and requests
You can choose what information to include in an email, manage cookies and local storage in your browser, and use Google’s opt-out option described above. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent us, email contact@imaginationinventors.in from an address that lets us identify the relevant message or application. We will handle requests under applicable requirements and may need to retain some records.
